Adnoor Inc. (“Adnoor,” “we,” “us”) is a Canadian-owned company headquartered at 3465 Platinum Dr Unit 218, Mississauga, ON L5M 2S1, Canada. We operate the Noor trade portal (“Platform”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Company name, contact name, email, phone, country, business type, estimated annual volume, preferred currency.

Trade activity: Quote requests, sample requests, order history, shipment tracking, private-label specifications, and correspondence with the trade desk.

Chat data: Messages exchanged with Noor, our AI trade assistant, for quoting, product information, and support.

Lead tracking: When you receive a personalised invite link, we record when it is opened, how many times, and which sections you view.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral source, pages visited, and timestamps.

2. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for session management and platform functionality. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous performance metrics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some Platform features may not function correctly.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Process trade enquiries, quotes, and sample requests
  • Fulfil orders and track shipments
  • Provide private-label design and co-packing services
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipment updates)
  • Improve the Platform and Noor AI assistant
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Who We Share With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Supabase Inc. — database infrastructure (PostgreSQL, hosted in North America)
  • Vercel Inc. — hosting and edge delivery
  • Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery
  • Anthropic PBC — AI processing for the Noor chat assistant
  • Shipping partners — courier services (DHL, FedEx) for sample dispatch

5. Data Retention

Trade account data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 7 years for tax and compliance purposes. Chat logs are retained for 12 months. Technical logs are retained for 90 days. You may request early deletion at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted databases at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Our Platform uses Iron Dome security headers including HSTS, CSP, and X-Frame-Options.

7. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential processing
  • File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in Canada and the United States (where our infrastructure providers operate). We ensure all transfers comply with applicable data protection requirements.

9. Children

The Platform is designed for business-to-business trade. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

10. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
